Worldlines, fusion, and what is conserved
A block universe: worldlines threading a volume whose vertical axis is cycle count, with encounters as bright vertices.
The relation on screen
Defect trajectories through repair order are worldlines, and charge is conserved at every junction.
Symbols
- repair order along the defect
- conserved defect label
what to look for · Vertices join and split without changing the total label. That is a conservation law, read off a diagram.
Consensus to physics
- 01defect clusters are tracked across cycles
- 02their centroids trace worldlines on the screen
- 03encounters are classified as fusion candidates
- 04conserved labels are checked across each encounter

Minkowski diagrams and interaction vertices
Worldlines through a block universe, the Feynman picture minus the amplitudes: 256 tracks over 128 cycles, lifted into the observer chart with measured path lengths. Where two tracks meet, 306 of 1,024 encounters carry their labels through unchanged, which is what a defect population looks like before any interaction rule is imposed.
boundary · These are not particle interactions and the conservation proxy does not pass. The 306 conserving encounters are not a conservation law.
