Carrier anatomy
A luminous icosahedral cage: twelve ports, thirty seams glowing with the disagreement they carry, nineteen independent cycles.
The relation on screen
Each seam carries a group element, each cell a holonomy, and the disagreement functional counts non-trivial holonomies.
Symbols
- seam register on link ℓ, valued in Z/6
- cell holonomy, the ordered product around a triangle
- disagreement functional, a pure count of frustrated cells
- rotation group of the carrier, order 60
what to look for · Twelve ports, thirty links, twenty plaquettes. Euler counting fixes 30 − 12 + 1 = 19 independent cycles, which is the rank of the holonomy space.
Consensus to physics
- 01a patch talks to 12 neighbours through ports
- 02shared ports define 30 seams, each holding one disagreement register
- 03seam adjacency closes into 20 triangular cells and 19 independent cycles
- 04the neighbourhood symmetry group is A5, order 60
In standard physics
Lattice gauge theory, with the lattice demoted
A seam register is a group element on a link, a cycle holonomy is a Wilson loop, and repair is the local move that lowers plaquette disagreement. Nothing sits inside a pre-existing spacetime, so geometry has to be read back out of how repair behaves.
boundary · The sphere is not physical space and the vertex coordinates are not positions. Positions do not exist until V07.
