Where does an order of events come from?

history
verifying history_q8.json

Every read links a record to the records it consulted. That link structure carries intervals, a counting clock and a per-record horizon.

The chart, population and update duration are declared by this construction. Layout proximity adds no edges. Do not call baseline writes an intervention experiment. All reachability calculations use the full graph even when rendering thins edges.

source and scope

What is drawn: Default q8 has 512 sites and four recorded rounds. Across q5 and q8 there are 2548 events and 107547 direct reads. CSR parent_offsets/parent_ids is authoritative. Event rows retain decimal-string writes and exact record coefficients.
