One carrier holds bounded state on twelve ports. It reads its own boundary, compares with its neighbours, repairs the difference and keeps the record.
The sphere subdivision is an analytic regulator diagram; it does not locate those sixty-four archive carriers on a physical sphere. There is no index join between the two files.

What is drawn: sphere.levels includes four actual meshes with 20,80,320,1280 faces and child_to_parent. federation.network_sample supplies carrier_ids, inter_seams, boundary_seams and initial_values. Label the graph layout as a layout and show sampled versus full population counts.
